What is lactose? Lactose is a product found in all mammalian milk and some dairy products. It is also more often called milk sugar because it is found in milk and dairy products. Lactose is in many more products than you think. The products can cause complaints in people with lactose intolerance. If you are producing products with lactose, we would like to find out what we could to for your production process.

To be able to provide clients with the right information or solution, we need to understand their product(s). We have a special team with a lot of experience in the dairy sector. This experience enables us to find innovating solutions for your specific production process.

Machines developed specifically for lactose

In the past, we have worked on several projects related to lactose and we have always lived up to the high expectations. During these projects we were innovating all of these machines. One of them is the centrifugal sieve. This machine sieves the product after or before mixing with the Pegasus® Mixer. The sieve has a very high capacity and a big sieve surface. Lactose will be transported pneumatically after sieving. The pneumatic transport contains of aeolus bend for no growth of the product, this means less cleaning time and more up time.
